I know this sounds like a fucking lie
So my doctor kind of put me on a diet. I was told to drink green smoothies. This is essentially around 12 oz of mostly kale, with strawberries along with one tablespoon of chia seeds.
I lost 4 pounds.
My skin is clear and smooth as a baby.
When you don’t eat a lot of food, your bowel movements kind of suck… This smoothie naturally makes me “go” and also leaves me with a very satisfying clean type of full if that makes any sense.
This completely cut out any of my candy cravings. I know this sounds extremely fake, but for once I’m in love with food. I could cry
(if you try this, remember to drink water. Fiber without enough water can also cause stomach issues. Much love! ❤️)
